No Physical Shipping
All BTCMLTAI products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and no physical media is provided.
What You Receive
The EA or tool file for your platform (MT5).
Licence details for your account.
Recommended starting settings and setup notes.
Installation guidance and access to our support team.
Delivery Timing
Orders are confirmed after payment verification, normally within 2 to 3 hours during support hours. Files are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Payment Verification
To release files we need the exact amount sent to the published wallet address, together with a valid transaction hash and a payment screenshot. Orders with incorrect or unverifiable payments are not released until resolved.
Access and Re-delivery
If you cannot find your files, check your spam or promotions folder and search for your order code. If files are still missing, contact support and we will re-deliver them to the same address, or to a new address you confirm.
System Requirements
Delivery does not include exchange, broker or VPS accounts. You need a compatible MetaTrader 4 or 5 installation, a funded account meeting the product requirements, and sufficient margin for your chosen lot settings.
Download Problems
Some email providers block large or unusual attachments. If delivery fails, contact support and we will send an alternative download method or re-issue the licence.
